Recent Case Studies
Oncology Masterclass
A 4-day event focused solely on our client. Disease arease covered included Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Pancreatic Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Cholangiocracinoma and supportive care. Workshops and plenary sessions are presented to a select group of 300+ physicians. Our team managed circa 1200 slides, medical information development, design identity development, technical aspects and on-site logistics.
Advisory Boards
Advisory boards are an important component of the scientific development and understanding of pharmaceutical drugs. Our team assists in developing the discussion materials, including graphical representations, agendas and scientific drawings and diagrams. Custom interactivity can also be created to suit your needs. Our team then attends in person, manages the recording of the advisory board and later delivers a complete, sectioned report with insights from your advisory board.
Scientific Slide Deck Development
From mechanism of action designs to epidemiological data, our team can support a wide variety of detailed scientific and medical concepts. Recently, we completed a slide deck covering KMT2Ar and NPM1 Acute Myeloid Leukemia. This included mechanism of action designs, the epidemiology of the disease, an overview of current studies, available treatments and more- all tailored to the client’s specific needs. Other examples of our work include epidemiological research after the 2021 WHO Glioma re-classification, surgery options and incidence for low-grade glioma (LGG), and Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient pathway visualization.
Scientific Newsletters & Medical Writing Support
Our team was responsible for converting raw scientific data, gleaned from interviews with physicians, into digestible newsletters to keep the reader up-to-date on the latest developments in precision oncology. We delivered newsletters covering brain, lung, gastrointestinal, and hematological cancers, as well as precision medicine in general.
Medical Symposia- ESMO, EHA, ESMO GI, ESH
Start-to-finish support for high-profile medical symposia. After initial consultation, our team takes the concept and turns it into a series of well-researched scientific presentations to be presented at a symposium. This includes topic research, slide creation, slide design adaptation, scientific referencing, graph redraws and creation, and country-specific compliance. Additionally, our on-site members ensure a smooth congress experience by providing support during speakers meetings, slide uploads and technical rehearsal meeting undertaking.
